Our great friend

I want to tell you one funny incident that happened with my friend (hostelmate).
She was going to her hometown on last Thursday. Departure time for her train was 10:00 pm. She started from hostel at 8:30 pm. We were watching movie when we got call from her at 10:15pm. She told us to check the online ticket booked by her for her journey since she got wrong ticket printed. We checked in her booked history where there was no ticket booked for Thursday i.e. for 2nd July. Last ticket booked was for 30th June on which date she booked ticket. Then we came to know that she forgot to change the date of journey and booked for the date on which day she booked the ticket. We knew that she didn't took general ticket. We called her back and told her to give some money to TTE and ask him to allow her to get adjusted in one of the berths in train. But she told us that she didn't even have money except Rs.20/-. We were so worried about her. She asked us whether she should get down from train when train was moving. We told her to stay in the train and walk towards ladies compartment where the possibility of ticket checking would be less and also to look for any person who was from her homwetown so that they can help her by giving their support. We got call from her after 15 minutes that she met her friend in some compartment and he was also travelling to the same place. But he too didn't had enough money to give to TTE. Somehow they both managed to get money from their villager and convince TTE. Both of them got adjusted in her friend's berth. \In the morning when they got down from train her brother came to station with money to give their villager.
We were so worried for forty five minutes that we keep calling her. But this morning when she came we made fun of her and called her "tingari".
I hope this incident taught her to be more careful while booking the ticket and travelling with more preparation like sufficient money, printout of booked ticket etc.

Team Outing

We went for team outing on Thursday. The plan was to go for lunch and one movie. Our colleagues booked tickets for Terminator-Salvation and lunch was planned in Barbeque Nation.
We started at 11:45 from office to Barbeque Nation. I have been there for three times so I know the items very well. On Thursday I am vegetarian. We had barbeque first and went for buffey. It is high end restaurant which charges Rs.350/- for lunch and Rs.450/- for dinner per person. We were done with startes and main course. In desserts section, there were many items. One item was lemon shuffle which looked like butter scotch ice cream. I don't like ice creams so I didn't take that. But many of our teammates took it since our manager put it in his plate. The people who took it took it in large quantities without knowing its taste. When each of them tasted it he/she didn't put another spoon in his/her mouth. It was that much bad. They told that it was neither sweet nor sour like lemon. I thought I am in safe side since I didn't take it.

After lunch we went for movie in cinemax (Banjara Hills). We waited for our boss to come to theatre. When he came we went into the theatre which was small with capacity of hardly 300 people. Movie started with war between human beings and machines. Throughout the first half it was same. Same machines, same graveyard etc. I got bored and got headache. In the second half it was better since we can see heroines in that part. It was not that good also but little better compared to hte first one. By the time movie was completed my head was spinning like a wheel. I thought my God! please drop me at my hostel as soon as possible. Luckily my manager dropped me in fifteen minutes. I went to room, got my dress changed and just fell on the bed. My head was aching so badly that I couldn't bear it. I slept for one and half hour and felt better. I wished next day to be holiday. But next day was Friday and had to go to office. by the time I went to office my headache was gone. My head again started pounding when my group manager called us for meeting and announced terrible news to us. Oh God! please give some peace to me :(
